Air Time

Chris had to drop some things off in town today so we decided to make it a family day in town. We had lunch, then visited the school in hopes of seeing friends from Bologna. Then we headed off towards the Smithsonian museums. We asked the boys, and they wanted to see the airplanes and space ships so we, of course, went to the Air and Space museum.


The boys loved it. Landon was a little disappointed that we couldn't get into a "real" airplane and fly somewhere, but overall I think they had a good time. They had a great children's section.




Then we left and went outside so the boys could run around a little before the drive home.




And to end the day we bought some drinks, and I got a snow cone. (I love snow cones!) It came pre-packaged, so it wasn't as good as a fresh one and the flavoring wasn't strong enough for me, but I had to try it.
