You can't even see the grass this time. When Landon saw it this morning he got so excited and started telling us how he was going to go sledding today. You'd think that they would cancel Chris' classes. Everything else is closed, but he got an email telling him that everything was still open and running. So he pulled out his cold weather gear, cleaned off the car and left. He really wanted to take the boys sledding today, especially since I'm feeling sick and won't be doing it myself.
Update: Chris got ten miles to the Metro, and has decided to NOT continue. The drivers out here are just not trained in snow driving. He has also informed me that he avoided quite the wreck by driving into the median, and then surprisingly was able to get the car out of the median and continue coming home. Thank goodness for his Driving-in-the-Snow training, in Idaho. He will just have to do his studying at home today and then maybe this afternoon he can take the boys out into the snow.

Wow! You guys got a lot of snow! Glad he decided to turn back!
When I saw on the news that your area was getting snow I wondered if you got some. YAY!! Snow is fun when you don't get it all the time. Andrew was supposed to be out today on a teacher inservice day but had to go to make up for our snow day a few months ago. Glad Chris was smart enough to turn around!
Wait! hold the phone!! You're coming home?! YAY!! When is your spring break???
