This One is for all our Police Officer Friends

Yesterday we drove to Spokane to enjoy dinner with a friend who was married yesterday morning.  Chris had a class all day so we didn't leave until 4:30 in the evening.  The drive takes around an hour and a half, but with our motion-sick prone children it took us an extra 30 minutes on the road.  We drove through some pretty country and some small towns.  While driving through Garfield Washington we were careful as we passed the local speed trap.

Then I took a second look at the officer sitting in the vehicle.

I guess the town of Garfield can't afford to pay their civil servants anymore.
