THE BIG FIVE

Seth had his fifth birthday last week.  We got free balloons from the local grocery store, and for dinner Seth wanted sandwiches so we took the kids to the park to eat and play.  Sam's allergies have been terrible this year.  As we were preparing to go he had a huge coughing fit and started crying that his head hurt so we left him home to get some rest.

yes, she went down the big slide all by herself.

Callie had so much fun in the swing. She was smiling and laughing right up to the moment when she puked.  Stupid motion sickness!

When we got home Sam was in bed, still not feeling well, but he came downstairs to eat cake and ice cream.  Seth requested a strawberry cake.  I made him a chocolate cake with strawberries and whipped cream.  

No trains this year, but he still loves Dinosaurs.  He says he wants to be a Paleontologist and discover a new dinosaur, when he grows up.
