Halloween Madness

On Saturday night both family wards that attend our church building threw a Halloween party. It was crazy! When we got to the church we found that dinner was being served. Hot Dogs, french fries, and apple juice. It was good we ate before because the boys didn't want to eat - they wanted to jump in the Moon Jumpers. So we let Landon jump for a while and Sam mostly just sat in one. He tried and tried but he couldn't stand up with all the jumping going on around him. I didn't like the moon jumpers. They made the gym very cramped and I had to chase Sam around so that he wouldn't trip over all the weights that were on the floor keeping the jumpers from tipping over. By 7:30 we were ready to go home, but they still hadn't done the trick or treating, and it looked like they weren't going to get to it for at least another hour....so we left. Now I have a ton of candy that I don't know what to do with. I'm under the impression that we don't get a lot of kids out for trick-or-treating around here....this is not good for my weight loss goals. I did get a couple of pictures of the boys at the party, but my camera battery died. I really should remember to recharge that sometime.

If you can't tell - Landon is a Knight and Sam is a Dragon. I'll try to get some better ones when we dress them on Halloween.

Sorry you didn't enjoy the Halloween Party. I remember from last year that I didn't love the moon bounces either. Scared me to death because Andie was getting tossed around so much.

Landon and Sam make a great pair. Love their costumes.
