Happy Anniversary to Me!!!

Seven years is a long time....okay so it's really not that long, but we're happy we made it this far. On Saturday, Chris helped a woman move out of the house she was sharing with her husband. They were about our age and married not long after we were, and yet certain actions and behaviors have now separated them. Life is just that way, I guess. We just have to work hard at loving each other and hope that they can love us back.

Our old vacuum stopped picking things up last week, and I did everything I could think of to fix it except take it to a professional. So we decided to get a new one for our anniversary. I know you're saying to yourself "WOW what a romantic gift!" Yep we went all out this year! I also went a got a hair cut this morning. It was the fastest and cheapest hair cut I've had in a long time. The best part was, I didn't have to make any small talk. She just washed and cut in silence and she was so fast it wasn't awkward at all. Why didn't I do this last year?!

Chris is studying and the boys are being quiet in their room (they were sent there for fighting). So far it's been a pretty good day, and it's only 11:00 AM.

Happy Anniversary! What kind of Vacuum did you get? Very exciting! I was so excited the day ours blew up and started smoking.

Hey, I think practical gifts are the best ones! Happy anniversary to you guys. Chad and I are just a year behind you guys.

I love how you always say what you think. Its nice to know that someone else feels the same way I do about the awkwardness when you're getting your hair cut. The lady who cuts my hair takes Forever though. At least an hour.

Happy Anniversary! I hope that Sam is feeling better. It was so sad to see his picture down below. Marriage is something you don't have to work and sacrifice for, but it's definitely worth it.
