Go Vandals!

A lot of people were very excited for the first college football game of the year last night. Chris and I were no exception. Even though the Vandals are not half as good as the Utes we still enjoyed the game especially since our team won. I know, I know....it's not saying much when you beat North Dakota, but I don't think I've ever been to a college football game where MY team won. (sorry USU!) It was the boys first football game ever. We left just after half time because it was after the boys bedtime and Landon had to get up for school this morning.

I have to admit, I think that Vandals is a really stupid mascot! I think their slogan is "We take good kids and make them into VANDALS!" On the bright side we have an indoor football stadium. It's never too hot, an never too cold. So great!

Chris is excited to take the boys to the next home game against UNLV. I'm sure he'll be hoping for a win so he can rub it in his brother's face....or at least crow about it over the phone.
