Due Date Pictures

Because Landon was born six weeks earyly I had some professional pictures taken of him on his due date. When Sam came at 37 weeks I decided to do the same and got his pictures taken for his due date. With Seth comming at 38 weeks, I once again wanted to get his due date pictures taken, but since we were moving I didn't get the chance to get him into the studio, so I took them myself. They don't really look professional, but I like them just the same. Plus I didn't have to wait two weeks to pick them up. So without further ado here are Seth's due date pictures.

The last few weeks have been fairly hectic. After leaving the hospital we spent the week packing and hauling our stuff to storage. Okay so Chris spent the week packing and hauling, I mostly sat on our bed with a mostly naked newborn. The doctor was worried about Seth's jaundice so I had to do my best to keep Seth in the sun light and warm. Unfortunately there wasn't much sunlight to be had, so he had a hard time being warm. My "hard work" paid off though, and the natural light from my bedroom window and the constant feedings helped him lower his numbers to acceptable levels. On June 1st we packed up the truck in the pouring rain. Chris did his best to keep our things dry with tarps wrapped all around everything and by 3:00PM we drove out of Moscow(just as it stopped raining) and made it all the way to the town of Mountain Home(just below Boise) by 1:00AM. Allowing us to make it to Twin Falls the next morning just in time for Chris' brother's wedding. Since then we've been living in Robin Idaho with Chris' parents. They've been very kind and generous to us, but I'm anxious to get into an apartment of our own, so Chris doesn't have to commute and we can spend more than two hours together everyday.

Seth picked up a cold about a week and a half ago. So he's been snoring a lot. I would really like him to get better soon. Chris is LOVING his job at the U.S. attorney's office. He does a lot of paper work, but he likes hanging out with the U.S. Marshals, and trying to keep the crazies in jail. Landon and Sam are having fun at grandma's house. Though Landon can't wait to get back to Lauren, his girlfriend. They've recently enjoyed chasing grandma around the house with swords and generally picking fights with each other. I'm doing well. Most of my time is taken up with Seth and trying to figure out how to get him to sleep for longer periods of time at night.

I was so glad to see you posted an update. The baby is sooooo cute! I wish I could have been there to hold him while you guys packed up all your crap. I'm glad Chris is liking the job!!!! I wish we were coming out west to see you this summer. Vince is going to be in Utah next week for a family wedding, I'm tending the 4 pack here on the home-front. Not complaining, I got my dream trip to Europe this year! We miss you guys!

Those pictures look great Laura! What a sweet little man! I hope you find a place of your own soon. I was only up there 5 days, great company but I was antsy to get home :) There's just no place quite like a place of your own.

What ever those pictures are great! We should start a photography business. Chris can be our lawyer when we get sued and Spencer can counsel those who sue us because we will win. :)
