Update

Unfortunately no pictures today.  I'm just too lazy to walk across the room to get the camera.  BUT since tomorrow is a BIG day for us, I wanted to briefly mention what we've been doing this month.

Last week was Spring Break for my boys and we had a lot of fun cleaning the house and playing video games at home.  Chris' boss from last summer just got promoted to be a Judge, so her position as city prosecutor will be opening up.  We found out she got the job on Thursday so that afternoon we packed an overnight bag and drove up to Sandpoint.  Chris spent Friday morning chatting it up with his law colleges trying to get information about jobs. In the afternoon he treated himself to some skiing, where he ran into one of the Judges from town.  People there appreciate Chris' courtroom abilities and they all seem to like him, and Chris feels so comfortable and happy working in that community.  The only negative to working there is how far it is from our family.  Nothing is set in stone yet, but when a prosecutor job opens somewhere we have to try for it.

Landon and Sam loved every minute of our trip, but we had a few mishaps with Seth.  He got his hand slammed in one of those thick hotel doors(we are just lucky it left a bruise instead of a break!) and then he fell face first into the cold muddy water while trying to chase seagulls.  I had started to follow him at first but Chris reassured me that Seth was "too smart to go that far along the beach."  SO, since all I can really do these days is waddle like a duck, Chris ended up getting his tie and slacks all sandy/muddy while fishing Seth out of  the yucky water.

Tomorrow we are going in for our mid-pregnancy ultrasound.  Chris and I are excited to find out the gender of this new little spirit that will be coming to our family.  Every pregnancy is different.  This one has been so much better than my last one.  With Seth I was so sick and incapacitated that nothing got done at home and my children were severely neglected for almost the whole nine months.  This time life is so much better.  I have my moments of sickness but they don't last long.  The past couple of weeks I've started to swell just a little.  I don't wear my wedding ring anymore because it's getting a little tight and my ankles really show me when I've been on my feet too much.  Because of my Preeclampsia  with Landon I worry a lot about these small swellings, but I've been trying to stay away from salty food and keep off my feet as much as possible.  I've just barely started to feel  a few little pops in my stomach, so I'm also excited to see the baby and make sure everything is okay.  I remind myself that I didn't feel Landon move until about 20 weeks, but I was feeling Seth at 16.  Chris says I always get happier when I can feel the baby move.
