For months Landon complained at me. Saying things like "Mom! I've never had a sister before." So when I told him that today we would find out if he was going to have a brother or a sister and he told me he wanted a brother, I just about died.
Our appointment was at 9:00 this morning and I wanted to make the announcement in a creative way. But as the day has gone by, I find myself feeling tired and lacking in the creative department. So here it is. My non-creative way of saying......
WE'RE HAVING A GIRL!
Chris and I were so excited we immediately went and bought some baby girl clothes.
I have to admit that I was thinking we were having a girl, but then I wasn't sure if it was just because we wanted one so badly. During the appointment Chris got a little teary and had to turn away from the screen for a minute, which made me teary too. My dad has reminded me that the baby could still come out a boy....these mistakes do happen, but the Tech told me she was 100% positive that this is a girl. What do you think?

Congrats, Laura! So fun to see how much we've 'grown up' since college! Looks like you have a blessed life! Congrats to you and your family on the addition of your next little one! Girls are drama - watch out! :)
Congrats! Girls are fun but are full of drama- its true! So excited for you.
You deserve a girl! So excited for you both. Drama or not she will be all yours.
Oh, the sacrifice and the scariness of getting pregnant was WORTH IT!!!! I'm really excited for you. Dress her frilly and pink as you want. And although girls can be a bit dramatic, they are also so sweet and wonderful. And she might be a little tom-boy too. Yeah for some estrogen balancing in your home.
Wow! Congratulations you guys:) We're sooooo happy for you! Girls are so fun:)
