We've been busy around here!

Last Tuesday I put Seth and Violet into the stroller and we walked to the school to listen to Landon's class sing about how wonderful our world is.  He actually did some singing and dancing on the risers and he smiled a lot.  At the end he left his fellow students to run to me and give me a hug and a kiss on the cheek.  I was amazed considering at his last music performance he acted embarrassed that I was there.

Landon is the one in the middle with his arms in the air.

Seth spent the whole time doing what he does best.  Being angry at me.

Violet was a happy angel in her car seat.

After Landon was done I put the kids back into the stroller and walked home to fix lunch for Seth.  An hour later we got back into the stroller and went back to school to watch Sam sing and dance about Thanksgiving.

During Sam's performance Seth was even angrier.  He really wanted to stand up front with Sam.  When he gets angry he points at me and tell me to "weave me alone!"

When it was all over Seth decided it would be fun to lay down in the middle of a very crowded hallway.  In order to get outside I had to carry him under my left arm while carrying Violet in my right arm.  He screamed the whole way out of the building.  It was a great mommy moment for me.

It was a fun day for us, despite my two-year old being a two-year old.
