A little catch up post.....

Chris took Violet out to jump on the trampoline, because she cries and acts out whenever her brothers go out.  She spent the whole ten minutes moaning and acting concerned about the unsteady walking conditions.

Violet has discovered the joys of climbing into the cupboards.  It's her favorite place to hide now, though I find her pretty fast considering after she finally gets the door closed she screams and cries for help.

Also, for Labor Day we were able to enjoy some time with Chris' sister and her family.  It's been a long while (as in years) since we have been able to to really visit with Chad and Angela so it was so nice that they were able to come for the weekend.  We even rented some jet skiis to drive on the river for a day.  It was super fun but with all the excitement combined with my total lack of clear brain function I completely forgot to take pictures.

Chris bought a tree and we had it planted in the backyard.  He's so proud of it and he loves stare at it in the evenings.  It's even started to change colors.  The yellow leaves are beautiful in the sun set.
